EXECUTIVE OFFICERS
Guy Rex Bullock
Mr. Bullock is President and Chairman
of the Board of B & B International, Inc. He has served as
President
of B & B from 1991 to present and has extensive experience in the
international import/export business. B&B’s business clients
are located in the Middle East, South America, Australia and Africa.
Mr. Bullock has a B.A. in Agriculture from Abraham Baldwin College.
He served in the US Army Reserve from 1969 to 1975, co-founded Bullock
Brother’s Construction in 1978, co-founded United Land and Water
Mgt., Inc. (manufactured, sold and installed irrigation equipment in
the Middle East) Vice President of Oak Enterprises, Inc. 1985 to 1990
a domestic irrigation sales and service company. Mr. Bullock has a wide
range of experience in International Finance and contract negotiations.
He currently is focused on negotiating for undeveloped oil reserves,
located in West Africa.

Richard L. Cornett
Mr. Cornett is V.P. of Exploration for B & B International,
Inc.
and has been with the company for 3 years. He coordinates the West African
exploration division of B & B and serves on the Board of Directors.
He has a B.A. in Geology from Wichita State University and has 25 years
experience in the Oil & Gas Industry in both exploration and petroleum
production/management. From 1978 to 1982, Mr. Cornett was with Kansas
Oil & Gas Corp. and Reach Petroleum Corp. as an exploration/wellsite
Geologist. He was Exploration Manager for Foxfire Exploration from 1983-1984.
From 1984 to 1985 he was an exploration Geologist for Texas Energies,
Inc.. Mr. Cornett co-founded Lansing Energy Corporation in 1987 and
was President, 1988-2001, active in production acquisitions and exploratory
drilling and production.
Gary K. Patterson
Mr. Patterson is V.P. of Operations for B & B International,
Inc. He has a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Kansas
and has 25 years experience in the Oil & Gas Industry in both the
exploration and production/ management. He began his career as a Log
Analyst for Schlumberger Well Services in the Gulf Coast. Mr. Patterson
was involved in McNames and Patterson, a partnership formed in 1980
primarily involved in exploration in the Gulf Coast and Western Kansas.
Most recently, he has been involved in a natural gas pipeline gathering
system and the acquitsion of oil and gas properties.
George A. Crenshaw
Mr. Crenshaw is V.P. of Finance & Telecommunications for
B&B
International, Inc. and served on the Board of Directors for the last
8 years. He has directed the Telecommunications Division of B&B
in Africa for 3 years and has 26 years experience in the communications
field. He has an Associates Degree in Electronics from S.G.T.I.. Mr.
Crenshaw served in the US Army Reserve from June 1972 to July 1973.
He has owned & consulted for Crenshaw Systems from 1973 to 1996.
Mr. Crenshaw has been the chief consultant on projects for Scientific
Atlanta, Harris Communications, Hughes communications, United Service
Source, and the U.S. Government. He has contracted on projects in North
& South America, Europe & Africa
