(B&B) is a USA based independent oil and gas exploration company. B&B has 2 offices in the USA and an office (soon to be open) in Kinshasa, DRC. Principally, we engage in the leasing, exploration and development of oil and gas reserves in relatively unexplored basins. Currently, B&B holds interest in two (2) blocks in West Africa. Both blocks, consisting of significant acreage, are located in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and have the potential for “major field discoveries”. Strategically, B&B has positioned itself to be a prominent player in both the Congo salt basin and Central Congo basins.
